The spacious room featured a fine lake view, perfect for sunsets. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

Wonderful hotel, comfy location to the floating market and WELL-MANNERED staff. Complimentary breakfast at the Coffee Club for the start of the day.

Well-equipped and well-kept room with a balcony, a kitchen, and WiFi, and very clean bed.

The staff were accommodating, especially the cheerful attendants at the front desk who were eager to assist with local inquiries.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, hard to relax at times.

i stayed at this hotel for trip, it was an unforgettable stay. it was a well-equipped venue in a very very nice area, very close to thailand for 2 years, the whole areas, and a coffee shop from an australian chain on the ground floor, where breakfast was very tasty. genuinely helpful staff who cared about me. the pool was clean and i had hot drinks in the coffee bar.

Clean, comfortable, room is very nice. Good sports hall and pool.

The swimming pool being located in a different building is less than ideal!!! It's quite a trek staying in A Tower!!! The uneven, poorly lit pavements around the area give a somewhat dangerous feeling while walking!!!

Somerset/Ascott worldwide has always been my first choice place to stay. Hence, I got no comments. Excellent job to Ascott and Somerset.

The spacious room offered a fine lake view, especially at sunset. The gym facilities were excellent too!

I did encounter a bit of inconsistency with the hot water in the shower, which required a few repairs. It interrupted my relaxing experience a bit.

The rooms are specious and well equiped.

Nice quality appartments just of Sukhimvit road. Very clean staff very helpful and capable! I will stay again when in BBK.

Loved the clean rooms and excellent gym. The pool was perfect, though could use some umbrellas for shade. Staff, especially Ron at reception. Definitely coming back!

The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from a serviced apartment. Well-mannered team with their shuttle Tuk Tuk service. We have spent 6 days in guest room with bathtub, freezer, a very functional washing machine which is great when on a long trip.

The room had not bad views.

The service from all the staff from the moment of arriving to the moment we left was excellent.The rooms were modern and spacious,fully equipped even with a washer/dryer which was brilliant.The two swimming pools were great and the breakfast was lovely,plenty of choice and tasty.This place was just as good as some 5 star hotels iv stayed at.You can get a courtesy tuk tuk to the end of the road which is a 5 minute walk to the skytrain.I will use this place again as it was trully a home from home.
