The spacious room featured a stunning lake view, perfect for sunsets. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the cheerful attendants at the front desk who were eager to assist with local inquiries.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which made it hard to relax at times.

The swimming pool being located in a different building is less than ideal!!! It's quite a trek for guests staying in A Tower!!! The uneven, poorly lit pavements around the area give a somewhat dangerous feeling while walking!!!

From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff made our stay special. The spacious room offered a stunning lake view, especially at sunset. The gym facilities were impressive too!

However, I did encounter a bit of inconsistency with the hot water in the shower, which required a few repairs. It interrupted my relaxing experience a bit.

Had a great 3-night stay in a Studio Beautiful King! Loved the clean rooms and excellent gym. The pool was perfect, though could use some umbrellas for shade. Staff, especially Ron at reception. Definitely coming back!

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the convenience of grocery shops nearby and a lakeside park just a short walk away. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience all the more enjoyable!

The apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom, making it ideal for longer stays. Daily housekeeping maintained cleanliness effectively. The staff were exceptionally courteous, helping with airport taxi bookings and providing a tuk-tuk shuttle service to nearby transportation. On the downside, it was disappointing that some amenities advertised, like slippers and bathrobes, were not provided in the room, impacting the overall comfort.

The staff are super friendly and the pool was clean and perfect for my kids! Rooms are spacious with washing machines. Location is perfect too, close to everything.

Great room with cool amenities like a flat-screen TV, kitchenware, and a nice balcony. The outdoor pool and sauna were fantastic for relaxing. Love the gym access too! Service was impressive, and having a DVD player was a fun bonus. Plenty of towels available, and the location was super convenient for exploring!
